Been listening to The Amazing Devil for about six years now, genuinely one of my favorite bands that I've listened to hundreds of times, but never actually looked into them much beyond checking every few months to confirm they still haven't done any touring. Well literally *today* I went and decided to look up a bit more info about the band, and for the first time ever realized that Joey Batey is also Jaskier from The Witcher series, a.k.a. the "Toss A Coin to Your Witcher" guy. I somehow never put that together despite listening to the band for literal years, and my brain is cracked the fuck open right now. Just an absolutely wild thing to realize out of absolutely nowhere when I had genuinely zero clue before today.

Absolutely love The Horror and the Wild qnd it being the first song I've ever heard from them, but this version of Marbles is absolutely magical as it feels more like a couple that have burning love for eachother to the point that they'll belt out in song to eachother about their time together
